With this activity, I’ve created a Weekly Movement Schedule. Each day of the week there is a list of movement exercises to do. Each day ends with a calming exercise meant to slow you down and relax. Try to do the movement schedule once per day however if you need another movement break this schedule is a perfect guide!

Ways to Modify: -Model the activities for your child or provide hand over hand instruction for added support -Add your own activity idea to each day! -Added challenge - Roll a dice for each activity; that’s how many times you do the movement
