Chair power!

As many of you may remember, virtual learning had put a strain on many of us. Especially when our children were expected to sit in a chair and do classroom work all day. Kids may get antsy or even get up from their chair. These are all signs that it’s time to take a break and move! That’s why I am sharing movement breaks that can be done right from your chair. They’re simple, easy, and fun!

Not only will this movement allow your child to re-energize and give them a break but it also assists with improving posture. Try them out and let me know what you think!
