Let’s feel re-energized!

Often times, we focus our activities on what can help us to calm down, but what can we do if we need to be lifted up and reenergized? Sometimes when you are in the blue zone, you may need a little help with getting back into the green zone. This activity will help you focus and get back to feeling good!

Throughout the week, notice how often you are feeling blue and what is happening to cause you to enter the blue zone? The blue zone can look different for everyone so it is important to notice how it may look for you! Whenever you are feeling blue throughout the week, try these alerting activities to try and get you back into the green!

  • Fast motion: go for a run around the house, take a dance break

  • Rotation going around in a circle: spinning in an office chair, spinning on a tire swing

  • Loud environment: play some music, talk with a friend 

  • Bright lighting or natural sunlight: take a walk outside, open a window
