Here is a fun movement activity :) Below I have provided a visual movement strip - each activity has a picture for you to follow and try out! There is a description of each activity and when it’s best to use the movement based on how your body is feeling! Feel free to print out the strip on page 2 and use it as a visual reminder when you need movement :) If it’s nice out - try these activities outside and enjoy some sun!
