Give it a try!

Time for some…ANIMAL WALKS. Animal walks typically provide some heavy work along with bilateral coordination. For a refresher - heavy work refers to activities that require the use of our muscles and provides deep input such as pushing, pulling, jumping. Heavy work is a great way to release energy and gain body awareness. While bilateral coordination, helps use BOTH sides of your body at the same time in a coordinated manner such as jumping jacks or cutting paper. Take a look at the animal walk cards and try them out!
