Try your best!

Try out these letter packets for some fun letter practice! Work through the warm up activities with crayons, markers or colored pencils, anything to make it more fun! Then, test your child’s skills with the ABC letter packet using a pencil or any writing utensil that your child usually uses throughout the school day. Work through these packets together, encouraging your child to try their best, take their time and try again as needed. Have fun!

Tips

Having trouble reading what your child wrote?

Encourage your child to trace on top of the example letter a few times to help solidify their motor pattern. If that does not help, please let us know.

Breaking utensils or pressing down too hard?

Take a break from writing to play with some Playdoh, slime or combination of flour and water turned into a dough. Encourage your child to squeeze, roll out and poke into the dough or mixture of your choosing. After a few minutes, try out the writing again!
